Five 9s Digital advised an institutional client on the acquisition of a 91,000 SF single-tenant data center located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Oracle is the long-term single-tenant in the facility which recently extended its lease for a new ten (10) year lease term.
The Northwest data center market, which includes Hillsboro, Seattle and Central Washington, continued its growth trajectory with 258 MW of absorption in 2023.
The Oracle data center sold for $31.75M.
