Five 9s Digital assisted an institutional client in the identification and acquisition of a data center fully-leased to Sungard Availability Services in Richardson, Texas. The Sungard AS data center is a 75,000 SF facility located in a prime area of the Dallas metropolitan. The building was acquired for approximately $36 Million and adds an exceptional data center investment to our client's growing data center portfolio.
