Five 9s Digital provided advisory services on behalf of an institutional investment client in the acquisition of a 100% leased Flexential data center in Franklin, Tennessee, which is a high-growth Nashville suburb.
The 72,000 SF data center was a build-to-suit facility completed by a Nashville-based development firm and occupied by Flexential at the end of 2016. The data center was designed and built as a new state-of-the-art facility with top-tier equipment and infrastructure offering colocation, managed services and cloud solutions to the Nashville metropolitan and surrounding markets.
