Five 9s Digital Advises On $85M Sale Of Northern VA Data Center Portfolio

Five 9s Digital provided advisory services on behalf of an institutional client in the evaluation and acquisition of a data center portfolio in a Northern Virgina data center submarket. The fully leased data centers serve as critical operations to Centurylink and Windstream Communications with a total portfolio size of 131,000 square feet. The two (2) data center facilities are located in McLean, Virginia.

The Northern Virginia data center market is the hottest market in the US and home to over 11 million square feet of data center space and over 770 MW of total inventory. Experiencing unprecedented growth over the past several years, the Northern Virgina data center market has witnessed over 120 MW of year-to-date absorption in 2016.
