Five 9s Digital provided advisory services to an investment client on the evaluation and acquisition of an an off-market single-tenant data center in San Luis Obispo, California. The purpose-built data center is 44,000 SF and fully occupied by Centurylink in an excellent, fiber-rich location on the West Coast. The data center sold for approximately $9.5 M.
