Five 9s Digital Advises On Acquisition Of Centurylink Data Center In Minneapolis

Five 9s Digital provided advisory services for a client in the acquisiton of a 135,000 SF data center complex on 15.5 acres leased to Centurylink in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The data center was purchased with a long term NNN lease with Centurylink which occupies the majority of the complex. Centurylink inherited the robust data center opertations and lease via its acquisiton of Level 3 Communications.

Over the past several years, the Twin Cities metropolitan area has experienced considerable data center growth due to its robust economy, geographic location, connectivity and high concentration of Fortune 500 companies.
