Five 9s advised on the disposition of a purpose-built 86,400 SF data center in Columbus, Indiana. The data center is fully occupied and operated by DartPoints, a national data center operator, which acquired Immedion's data center business operations in May, 2021. Immedion, prior to the DartPoints acquisition, occupied the data center since 2018. An institutional investor of digital infrastructure acquired the real estate for $8.3M on December 29, 2021.
The state-of-the-art data center is well-located in the Greater Indianapolis metropolitan region central to Louisville, Cincinnati, St. Louis and Columbus, Ohio.
