Five 9s Advises on the Acquistion of T-Mobile Data Center
Five 9s Digital advised an institutional investor on the acquisition of a single-tenant data center occupied by T-Mobile in Jacksonville, Florida. The 26,000 SF data center sold for $10.5M with 15 years remaining on the lease. T-Mobile recently made significant upgrades to the facility as part of its recent long-term lease extension. The data center is located in a fiber-rich area of Jacksonville.
